Our Mission Statement
The Mark G Niness Foundation was created in memory of Mark Niness, who passed away suddenly in January of 2022.

This non-profit organization is devoted to raising funds through events to provide scholarships to deserving young men and women, as well as to raise funds for organizations which the foundation will support in the years to come.

How We Do It
The Mark G Niness Foundation holds events that raise funds for scholarships which are awarded to two local high school students: one for a student who participates in athletics and one for a student in performing arts. Mark was a golf lover and as such, the foundation hosts an annual golf outing as a celebration of Mark's life and as a way to raise these scholarship funds.
